Congratulations on taking the next step to living your dreams and goals. It takes courage to begin stepping into the life you’ve been yearning for. This application will help you get in touch with your dreams and gain clarity about what you want to create in your life now.

If you want to write in-depth answers, then first write your answers on a piece of paper or on the computer and then transfer shorter versions of your answers to the application.

After I receive your application, I will email you. If it seems that you are ready to really benefit from coaching and that we might work together well, I will contact you to set up a time for our consultation call.

Here’s what we’ll do in the consultation. We can meet on the phone, in person, or via Skype.

  • I’ll lead you in creating an empowering and inspiring vision of the “you” you’ve been yearning to be and of the life you’ve been yearning to be living.
  • Next, we’ll look at what’s currently blocking you from living that vision, where you’re feeling stressed and what’s getting in the way of how you want to feel and be in the world.
  • Then, we’ll look at some empowered next steps to get you moving in the right direction to feeling comfortable in your own skin and feeling great about yourself and your life.
  • If we decide it would be beneficial for us to work together, I will tell you about my program(s) where I teach you step-by-step how to quickly and much more easily begin achieving the results you are seeking.
